By Taxi:
Ask the driver
for Hopton Street, by Tate Modern. Founders Arms is not on the road
& is situated on the river behind Falcon Point flats. If you are
arranging to be collected by car, advise the driver to collect you
from Falcon Point; you cannot see the pub from the road.
To hail a
taxi at the end of your visit: before 6pm, there is a taxi rank behind
the pub in Holland Street, next to the Turbine Hall entrance of Tate
Modern. After the Gallery has closed, we advise customers to walk
to Blackfriars Road or Southwark Street.
The fare to
or from Waterloo, London Bridge, Bank or Covent Garden is between
£5 & £10 depending on the traffic & time of day.
