From London Bridge Station:

0.8 miles – about 15 minutes.

  1. Leave the station via the main exit by the taxi rank, turn left on Joiner Street & walk down the hill under the rail bridge.
  2. After 100 meters, turn left into Borough High Street.
  3. After 100 meters, cross at the crossing & turn right into Bedale St.
  4. Continue straight on through Borough Market, the road goes under another rail bridge & becomes Cathedral Street.
  5. After 0.1 miles, Southwark Cathedral will be on your right, follow Cathedral Street around to the left & you will see the Golden Hinde ship. Walk around the side of the ship & turn left into Clink Street.
  6. After 0.1 miles, turn right at Bank End.
  7. Bank End immediately turns left, continue on Thames Path with the river on your right hand side.
  8. After 0.1 miles, continue under Southwark Bridge.
  9. After 0.1 miles, past Globe Theatre.
  10. After 0.1 miles, pass Tate Modern, keep walking straight.
  11. After 0.1 miles, Founders Arms will be in front of you.
