From Tower Bridge:

1.3 miles – about 25 minutes.

1. Head west along the river past HMS Belfast.
2. After 0.5 miles, turn left into St Olaf Stairs.
3. After 25 meters, turn right at Tooley Street.
4. Continue under London Bridge, Tooley Street becomes Montague Close & Southwark Cathedral will be on your left. Follow the road around to the left.
5. After 0.2 miles, at the front of the cathedral turn right into Cathedral Street & you will see the Golden Hinde ship on your right, walk around the side of the ship & turn left into Clink Street.
6. After 0.1 miles, turn right at Bank End.
7. Bank End immediately turns left, continue on Thames Path with the river on your right hand side.
8. After 0.1 miles, continue under Southwark Bridge.
9. After 0.1 miles, past Globe Theatre.
10. After 0.1 miles, pass Tate Modern, keep walking straight.
11. After 0.1 miles, Founders Arms will be in front of you.
